This webinar, the first of a three-part series, focused on Strategies for Moving the Discussion Forward Around Disproportionality at Arrest. This session held space for uncomfortable and frank conversations about how to leverage R/ED plans, State Advisory Group (SAG) connections and activities, and Title II funds to advance the local efforts to address disproportionality at the point of arrest, engaging police in reduction efforts, and techniques for creating and facilitating spaces to host these discussions.
This webinar was open to DSA staff, SAG members, and system or community partners. This call is beneficial for law enforcement and community alternative partners, as well as your SAG’s Racial and Ethnic Disparity Committees and partners.
