Council of Juvenile Justice Administrators Toolkit: Recruiting, Hiring, and Retaining Qualified Staff

The toolkit provides examples, templates, and tools that may be used to improve current practices and, ultimately, to select and retain qualified staff. This toolkit was prepared by the Council of Juvenile Correctional Administrators (CJCA) with support from the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP) through the Center for Coordinated Assistance to the States (CCAS).
